Description & Objectives:

This lesson reinforces the importance of evaluating the entire limb rather than focusing solely on the wound. Learners are guided through structured limb-level assessment techniques to identify patterns, asymmetry, skin changes, and other red flags that affect wound-healing outcomes. The module supports clinical reasoning related to escalation, reassessment, and referral decisions.
