I'm already enrolled. How do I get to my course?

Log in at academy.woundcareprof.com with the email you used to register. For orders from the store (manuals, guides, products), use your store account.

Can't log in? Call or text (463) 261-8090 and we'll help.

When do I get my CE credits?

Finish the course, then submit the course evaluation. The evaluation link is emailed to your registration email. Your CE credits are awarded as soon as you submit it.

You have 30 days to submit the evaluation. After 30 days, the CE credits are lost.

I need more time to finish my online course.

You can request an extension of up to 30 days, at no charge. Please ask before your course access ends. If your access has already ended, you may need to start the course over.

How do I cancel or change my registration?

Email [email protected] to cancel or change a registration. Refunds and fees depend on what you bought and when, so please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy » for full details.
