Common questions

Questions care teams ask

Can you train our whole team on-site?

Yes. We teach on-site or live online, and we can combine that with self-paced courses so every shift can take part.

Do our staff earn CE?

Yes. Our courses are approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider #17756. Nurses earn contact hours when they finish the course and submit the evaluation. Most state boards accept these hours, but we recommend checking with yours.

Can you help with wound care surveys and plans of correction?

Yes. If your facility received a wound care citation on a state health department survey, we help you write the plan of correction. Then we make sure the staff training, education, and audits get done.

We can also review your wound care documentation before a survey, point out gaps, and help your team meet CMS and payer requirements.

For skilled nursing and long-term care, our Treatment Nurse Micro-Credential trains nurses on the survey tags they directly impact: F684 (Quality of Care), F686 (Pressure Ulcers), F760 (Physician Orders), F842 (Documentation), and F880 (Infection Control).

Can we buy group seats for our staff?

Yes. We offer group enrollment so your whole team can train together, and we can invoice your facility directly. Ask about group pricing »

Which course is right for each person on my team?

It depends on their role. Nurses, therapists, and providers each have their own path. Browse courses by role » or book a call and we'll help you plan.
